Creston Valley Wildlife Management Area Tours

The Creston Valley Wildlife Management Area, located 11 km west of Creston off Hwy 3, is the largest wildlife management area (17,000 acres) in the Province of British Columbia. It's lake, rivers and marshes are home to a large variety of animal species. The Wildlife Interpretation Centre is is open from May-Oct, where naturalists are on site to provide guided canoe tours, trail maps and information for your hiking, canoeing or biking adventures.

The Centre Hours for 2008 are as follows:
May 13 to June 30 Tues-Sat 9am to 4pm
July 1 to Aug 30 7 days a week 9am to 4pm
Sept 2 to Oct 11 Tues-Sat 10am to 4pm

Canoe Tours
One-hour guided canoe tours are available for you to paddle the channels and ponds in search of wildlife and depart daily @ 9:30am; 10:30am, 1pm and 2pm with a cost of $7 for adults, $5 for Children and CVWMA Members.
